Exciting Updates at The Regent
We’ve got plenty happening around the club over the next couple of weeks as we continue to improve and refresh the facilities for our members.
New Primal Fitness Equipment Arriving 29th August
Two new pieces of equipment will be arriving on 29th August and will be located on the weights floor:
- Viking Press
- Bent Over Row
Both are from Primal Fitness and will add even more variety to your strength training.
Maintenance & Improvements This Week
This week we’ll be tackling a number of maintenance issues around the club, including:
- Air-conditioning improvements
- Cable machines on the white floors
- Bikes in the Les Mills THE TRIP studio
The Himalayan Salt Sauna will also be fully refurbished, including the installation of new benches this week.
New parts will also be installed in the Hotbox Sauna as part of the ongoing maintenance programme.
Our overnight contractors will also be using the opportunity to freshen up a number of areas around the spa, helping us continue to improve the overall look and feel of the facilities.

Changing Room & Reception Refurbishment
Plans are progressing well for the refurbishment of both changing rooms and Reception.
We’re currently working through the designs and layouts, with the aim of creating a fresher, more modern and practical environment for members.
As part of the changing room refurbishment, we’ll also be installing swimsuit spin dryers, making it much easier to remove excess water from swimwear before heading home.
We’ll share more updates and designs with you as the plans progress.
