Lifetime Membership Update – The Regent Health Club & Spa

Dear Lifetime Member,

We are delighted to confirm that under the new ownership, your Lifetime Membership will continue to be honoured, subject to a modest £30 annual administration fee.

This allows us to maintain the integrity of the membership while supporting significant investment into the club’s future.

As we move forward, there are a few important updates to ensure fairness, availability and an enhanced member experience:

Membership Benefits & Updates

• Guest Privileges – Lifetime members will continue to enjoy the 7 day guest privileges. Guests may use the facilities; however, they will not be permitted to attend classes.

• Priority Class Booking – Lifetime members can book classes 7 days in advance, giving you priority access. All other members can book 5 days in advance.

• Class Attendance – All Members may book one class per day. However, if space is available and confirmed by the instructor, you are welcome to attend additional classes.

• Member Massages – Member massage bookings will commence from 22nd March.
– Bookings will be available exclusively via the app
– The system goes live 15th March
– Appointments can be booked up to 30 days in advance
– Reception and phone bookings will no longer be available

• Club Access – From 1st March, entry will be via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet digital passes only. Fob access will no longer be supported as we upgrade security and streamline entry.

• Payment is required by 28th February for continued access from 1st March
• Payments made after 28th February are welcome; however, access will pause from 1st March until the fee has been received
